This 4.75mm ball link sizing tool is designed to help easily resize the undersized plastic ball linkages found on most helicopters. The tool is made of steel and and anodized for long life and rust prevention. This tool is redesigned wih new ergonomic handle for ease of use when sizing the ball link - a very useful and handy tool.

Applications: Any Heli Using 4.75mm Ball Linkages - Trex 450, Outrage G5, HDX450, HDX500, Trex 500, and others.

Instructions:

1) Determine the size of the metal ball link on your heli. (This can be done with a caliper)
2) Check the size of the ball link end on the ball link sizer tool
3) Adjust the size of the ball link on the sizer tool by turning the small philips screw driver inwards (clockwise)
4) When you have the right size on the ball link sizer tool, pop this tool in to the ball link plastic end and turn it as you move the plastic linkage about until you get a smooth and non restricted movement of the plastic linkages
5) Do the same for all the other plastic links, and you should have a very smooth setup
